Are all gins the same, or do differences in flavour justify the differences in prices? Find out in The Botany of Gin, an intriguing 20 minute workshop exploring the history of the archetypal English tipple. Hear about the gin riots of the 18th century, the invention of the 'G & T' and the recent rise of 'designer gins'. Naturally, there will be opportunities for you to taste selected gins and discover the brands you really prefer. First workshop begins at 9pm.
