Fall into Love at the Laing as this National Gallery touring exhibition sets the theme for a number of interactive installations in and around the building. Outside the Gallery take part in Full Bloom, an oversized bouquet of fresh flowers for you to inscribe with your messages of love. Enter a Public Display of Affection with your partner, a mini film set that records couples hugging, kissing or simply holding hands.

A unique recording device will travel round you on a circular track, lights will dim and orchestral music will play as a dramatic cinematic effect is added and shown live from a monitor outside the room. Finally contribute to a new artwork by Yoko Ono inside the gallery by bringing along a photo of a loved one. A British Sign Language tour of the Love exhibition will be delivered by Deaf BSL users
