Description:

Did you know 107 humans die every minute? Transcend into the after-life at the Lit & Phil & Mining Institute for a mini-festival of death where fiction and reality begins to blur. Monkfish Word Tank Collective returns with performance poetry and absurdist, black comedy in various parts of the building.

You can even get involved with Monkfish World Tank Collective and help them to create their content in the run up to the mini death fest by visiting www.bit.ly/WordTank.

Their finale is The Dead That Never Lived, live literature show taking the format of a fake funeral of fictional characters such as Scrooge McDuck. Prepare to come in mourning. Spaces to this show are limited to 80 people and booking is essential. It takes place in the Mining Institute Lecture Theatre 10-11pm.
