The North East's fantastic Museums at Night event is set to return on 18 and 19 May 2012 when popular venues in NewcastleGateshead will open their doors to revellers on this legendary culture crawl.
The Late Shows is a free culture crawl around Newcastle and Gateshead with many popular venues normally closed in the evening opening their doors after hours on a Friday and Saturday night.

18 - 19 May 2012 is Museums at Night weekend across the UK and hundreds of museums, galleries, libraries and heritage sites will unlock their doors in the evening. The Late Shows was the first to join up venues across a city and it is the largest Museums at Night event in the country.
